At OneBiteAboveTheRest, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully:

 

Catered Events Deposit

• A $500 deposit is required to secure all catered events.

• This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made with at least 14 days' (2 weeks') notice prior to the scheduled event.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may forfeit the deposit at our discretion.

 

Products and Services

• Refunds for all other products and services are handled at the sole discretion of OneBiteAboveTheRest.

• While we do not guarantee refunds in every case, we make every effort to resolve issues fairly and to your satisfaction.

• If a refund is granted (excluding deposits), it will be issued in the form of store credit to be applied toward future purchases or services.
